Phoenix Success Training (herein "PST") is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy, and ensuring the security of your information. PST will notify Trainees and Affiliates by email of any changes that may affect information collected from them.

To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information we collect online.

Confidential personal information received will only be used to support your relationship with PST. Basic contact and performance information (for management reports) is only available within an Affiliate's Personal Group. PST will not give, sell, rent or release personal data to others unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law. Personal information submitted by you will be kept for as long as you are a Trainee or an Affiliate with PST.

PST uses Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) to ensure maximum security of your personal information, as well as services which continually test our security systems. For additional security regarding matters concerning changing of personal or financial information, a confirmation email is sent to your main email address. If you change your main email address, you will receive email notifications at BOTH your OLD and NEW "main email" addresses.

Enrollments:

Credit card numbers are processed directly through PayPal's™ highly-secured services, and are not kept by PST with exception of the name the card is charged to (for security purposes).

Additional Contact:

From time to time, PST contacts Affiliates for research or to provide information. Trainers have the ability to opt out of receiving such direct contact.

Tracking:

On your first visit, if you were redirected from another URL address, a cookie is placed in your computer. This is done so if you return directly to the PST website and enroll after your initial visit, you will be automatically assigned to the Affiliate who first referred you to the PST website. This is the only purpose of this cookie, and it expires 30 days after your visit. (If you frequently delete your computer's cookies, and do not know the ID Name of the person who told you about this training course, please contact them to ensure they are assigned to you as your Affiliate.)
